Filip Firlefijn is a Flemish artist and photographer residing in Switzerland. He was born in Antwerp, Belgium. After school he went to college and graduated in literature at the University of Leuven. He mainly exhibits in the Jungfrau Region in Switzerland where he started to paint more frequently in 2010. A man of many talents Filip is also a very keen photographer, designer, writer...
His new paintings since 2010 are mainly large scale portraits and depictions of famous people painted with very vivid acrylic, sometimes fluorescent, colours.
